We offer shipping of our chocolate covered treats to anywhere within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. We take great care to ensure that your order arrives fresh and delicious.

We use trusted shipping carriers and carefully pack your treats to avoid any damage during transit. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and details of the damage.

Returns

Thank you for considering Dip N' Delights. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a great customer experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return. We will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened or partially consumed.


Exchanges

At Dip N' Delights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may exchange your product within 10 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team using the Contact Us link on our home page and provide your order information and the reason for the exchange.

Please note that we only accept exchanges for products that are in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your exchange promptly. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
